Dongguan UiiSii Electronics Co., Ltd is a professional earphone manufacturer. Our team of over 40 R&D engineers, more than 30 QC team members, and over 500 lineworkers maintain a monthly production capacity of over 100,000 pieces of TWS earbuds, Bluetooth neckband earphones, and wired 3.5mm, Type-C earphones. Our core team has experience with the development of pioneering audio products (R&D, QA, brand building, and marketing), and so ensure that we operate with premium materials and rugged construction to make our earphones are long-lasting and high-quality. BSCI, ISO9001:2015 Certification
Quality control and cost-effective solutions are and will always remain our top priority. We have built a very strict and comprehensive quality control system where products go through IQC (Incoming Quality Control), IPQC (In-process Quality Control), and OQC (Out-going Quality Control) procedures before they are shipped. We also implement a quality CLCA (Closed Loop Corrective Action) mechanism to feedback quality status and drive continuous quality improvement. On top of these procedures, our facility has also achieved BSCI and ISO9001:2015 certifications.
